Details

You should make a decoction to get the most benefits from your tea. A decoction means bringing the herbs to a boil in water then simmering for 10-30 minutes. The longer you simmer the tea, the more potent and nutrient-rich it will be. This tea is naturally sweet, you may not need to add sweetener.

Ingredients: dandelion root, fennel, licorice root, peppermint, ginger, lemon balm.

Instructions: Add 1 tbsp of the blend to 8 oz of boiled water, let the tea simmer for 10-30 minutes or as preferred.
